Tammy has 36 years of experience in the early childhood field. Along with her administrative experience, Tammy has experience working directly in the classroom. She has worked with all ages, including newborns through 5th grade. She aspires to work at a Christian school because it aligns with her personal beliefs and values. She believes that education is not just about academics but also about instilling morals, ethics, and faith in students.

Tracy has been working in childcare for 25 years and absolutely loves it! She came to work at Castle Creek when it opened in August of 2010. She attended Leary Technical where she earned her CDA in Child Development. She feels as a parent, you lay the foundation for your child’s faith at an early age. You take them to church, read them Bible stories, and teach them how to pray. When it comes time to put them in daycare, choosing a Christian daycare is important for their growing faith. Knowing that your child is in a place that shares your values will give you peace of mind.
